We provide a small bottle of water for you in your room for free on the day of your arrival. Further alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are offered at our reception.

If you hand in your laundry at 9 a.m. we will return it on the same day. the price list is available at the reception.
Helping to conserve energy and materials, we change your towels/laundry every five days; if you wish, daily.

We will gladly assist you with your luggage, just ask for help at the reception.
For arriving and departing guests we offer secure luggage storage at the reception. You are welcome to deposit at the reception.
Received mail will be delivered to your room. Stamps are available at the reception, we also post your mail.
We provide daily newspapers and current magazines in our restaurant.
We offer non-smoking rooms at our hotel. Please do not smoke in our rooms. In case of failure to comply, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of 500.00 Euro
Pets are not allowed in the hotel area.
